Now, we know life can throw us a few surprises. Sometimes, even our super-duper shipping wizards might encounter a minor hiccup while bringing your orders to life. So, to err on the side of caution, for some orders, it might take a teensy-weensy bit longer than expected. We're talking 1 to 3 days here.

What is your return policy? 

We must confess, despite our utmost dedication and ninja-like skills in packing, the occasional mishap can occur during transportation. We blame it on a renegade package-tossing elf or maybe some sprightly candle-loving ghost (we work with candles, after all!).
So, if you unravel the wrapping paper surrounding your beloved JG Candles and discover a sad sight – a damaged candle – don't you worry! We've got your back! Simply grab your trusty camera, snap some oh-so-sad photos of the damaged product, and make sure to capture the packing's distress as well – it needs to be held accountable too!
Now the fun part begins: send those snapshots, along with a heartfelt email, to us. We'll be waiting intently for your message, humorously dressed as candle detectives, ready to solve this unfortunate mystery! Not only will we get a good chuckle out of your storytelling skills, but we'll also promptly offer you a fabulous solution – an exchange or a full refund!
